My name is Michael Kennedy and I’m a partner at Kennedy, Johnson, Schwab & Roberge. I was born in New Haven, Connecticut and raised in Cheshire, Connecticut. I attended Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut for my undergrad and I attended Yukon Law School and I graduated in 2008 and 2012. Been practicing law for 14 years. I focus in medical malpractice and personal injury law. My father happened to be a lawyer doing this type of work that we do now. And so I was able to see the value in the work he did and the life he was able to lead and the interesting work that he was able to do. I try to be very sensitive to the trauma the clients have been through, accommodating to their goals and trying to reach the best result for them. What inspires me to come into work every day is knowing that at the end of the day, I’m making progress and helping my clients get compensated for their injuries and the issues they’ve been through. Potential clients should work with our firm because we take on very challenging cases. We try to work those cases up to get the most value we can for the clients while also making sure that we really achieve the client’s goals, not our own.
