Jordan J. Kowalski joined Kennedy, Johnson, Schwab & Roberge, P.C. as an associate attorney in July 2026. He represents individuals and families in motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, and other complex personal injury matters.
Before joining KSJR, Attorney Kowalski maintained a broad civil litigation practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in Connecticut’s state and federal courts. His experience included personal injury, commercial litigation, employment litigation, probate litigation, construction litigation, and business disputes. He began his legal career at Clendenen & Associates, LLC, formerly known as Clendenen & Shea, LLC, where he trained under Attorney William “Bill” Clendenen and then-Attorney Kevin Shea, who now serves as a Judge of the Connecticut Superior Court.
Attorney Kowalski has handled cases from their initial investigation through pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial, and post-judgment proceedings. He has tried several cases to verdict and obtained favorable results for his clients. His prior experience representing parties on both sides of civil litigation provides him with a practical understanding of how claims are investigated, evaluated, negotiated, and defended, which he now applies in advocating exclusively for injured plaintiffs.
Attorney Kowalski earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with honors, and a minor in Sociology from the University of Connecticut in 2018. He later graduated summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2022.
Attorney Kowalski is admitted to practice in Connecticut and before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the New Haven County Bar Association, and the Connecticut Bar Association.
A native of Ledyard, Connecticut, Attorney Kowalski resides in West Hartford with his wife, Elizabeth. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys working out, studying architecture, and spending time outdoors.
