Common causes of trucking accidents

In our last post, we discussed how highway fatalities involving large trucks such as semis and tractor trailers have been on the rise for the past four years while motor vehicle accident fatalities overall have fallen.

We also discussed how a serious trucking accident can have catastrophic results for the victims involved as well as their families. Following a serious trucking accident, victims are often forced to seek compensation from the insurance providers that represent trucking companies, which can be a difficult, uphill battle.
