After an accident in a school zone

It’s that time of year again: Kids of all ages are returning to school in Connecticut and the rest of the country. What that means is that drivers need to be ready to share the roads with school buses and students who are walking or biking to school.

While the law requires drivers to slow down and use caution in school zones, accidents involving innocent children still happen each school year. Distracted driving is one of the major causes of accidents occurring within school zones.
