Brendan K. Nelligan joined Kennedy, Johnson, Schwab & Roberge as an associate in 2013 after working at the firm as a law clerk during law school. He concentrates his practice on personal injury and civil litigation, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and products liability. Additionally, he has experience in handling appellate matters.
Attorney Nelligan was born in Winsted, Connecticut, and is a lifelong Connecticut resident. He graduated magna cum laude from Providence College and is an honors graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he concentrated his studies on trial practice and tort litigation. While a law student, he served as research editor for the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. Prior to working at the firm, he worked as a legal intern at the Connecticut Public Defender's Office.
Brendan is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Connecticut as well as the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the New Haven County Bar Association, the Litchfield County Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Association of Justice.
