Marc J. Ubaldi was born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut. He graduated from the University of Hartford in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, magna cum laude, and received his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1996. He began practicing law in 1996.
Mr. Ubaldi has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in various types of civil disputes, trying several cases to verdict. Currently, he represents plaintiffs in a wide variety of cases, including auto accidents, premises liability claims, social security disability claims, and appeals.
Mr. Ubaldi is admitted to practice in Connecticut's state and federal courts, as well as the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Disputes Court. He is a member of the New Haven County Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
